Background: 
A lead military designer was having a diner party and secret meeting with some top military officials when they were taken hostage by a group of terrorists. Since the designer has connetions with certain projects, he's worth a lot to the miltary and to anyone else who might want to know what he does. Demanding millions for he's safety and theirs, the terrorists are awaiting delivery of the ransom.

The federal authorities decide to send in a special team to take out the terrorist and rescue the hostages to the elevator or the roof. But upon hearing the helicopter, the terrorists started the timer on a bomb that could blow the top of the tower. The counter-terrorist now only have minutes to grab the hostages and make it to safety. The terrorist have to hold their ground and keep their hostages.
